Victory at Spa gave Kimi Antonelli six Grand Prix wins before his 20th birthday. Max Verstappen is the only other teenage winner in F1 history, with one.

SIX WINS BEFORE 20

Antonelli entered Spa with five victories and left with six after passing Charles Leclerc with 10 laps remaining and winning by 1.952 seconds. His earlier wins came in China, Japan, Miami, Canada and Monaco. Belgium completed six victories across the opening 10 races of 2026—all before his 20th birthday.

THE PREVIOUS TEENAGE BENCHMARK

Before Antonelli, Max Verstappen was Formula 1’s only teenage Grand Prix winner. Verstappen won the 2016 Spanish Grand Prix at 18 but did not win again until after turning 20. The all-time teenage victory comparison now stands at Antonelli six, Verstappen one.
